Arriving early in the morning? We meet you right outside the arrivals exit, take your bags and bring them to your apartment once you can check in.

In the Aena Express car park next to departures, by the tobacco shop (estanco), 2.5–3 hours before your flight. We send you a photo of the spot and our phone number.
No. For security, you check in your own bags. We hand them back with the seals intact so you can confirm nobody opened them.
We track your flight and move the handover time. Your bags stay safe in storage until then.

We wait 30 minutes free of charge. After that, waiting is €10 per 30 minutes. If you don't show up, we keep your bags safe and agree a new handover with you on WhatsApp — storage beyond the booked day is €5 per bag per day.
